4. Used memory cards, earphones, chargers
5. Items with removed seals or tampered packaging
6. Software issues caused by user apps or downloads

If approved, you can choose:

2. Store credit
3. Cash refund (processed within 2–7 business days)
4. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If a device develops a fault:
Within 7 days → We offer repair, exchange, or refund
After 7 days → Covered under warranty terms only
